This page summarises the rules that cover accounts, offers and payments at WestAce. The full terms accepted at registration, and the wording on each offer card, take priority over anything summarised here.
Your account
You must be 18 or over and legally allowed to gamble where you live. An account is opened in your own name, with a date of birth and an address that match the documents supplied at verification. Repeated failed logins can lock an account temporarily.
Currency
The account currency is chosen at registration and cannot be changed afterwards. Choose it carefully, as a different currency requires a different account.
The welcome package
The package is worth 400% up to £15,000 with 400 free spins in total, spread over the first four deposits. Each stage needs a deposit of £10 or more, needs no code, and is activated in the cashier at the time of that deposit. Free spins are released in daily batches once a stage is funded.
Bonus rules
Wagering is 35x on the deposit plus the bonus, and 40x on winnings produced by free spins. Slots contribute in full; live and table games contribute less. The maximum stake while a bonus is active is £5 per spin, and each stage has a 10-day window in which to be completed.
Reload and cashback offers
Weekly and weekend reloads and daily cashback require a manual opt-in under My Bonuses. Live-casino cashback is granted on request to support on the Monday following the qualifying period.
Payments and verification
Deposits start at £10. Withdrawals start at £20, or £50 by bank transfer, and standard limits are £10,000 a day, £20,000 a week and £50,000 a month. The first withdrawal returns to the method that funded the account. Identity, address and payment documents are required before the first withdrawal.
